Scarce Large German Folding Bowie Knife by Fritzel Nixdorf. Having a large, 10-inch folding clip-point blade of polished steel, the ricasso marked: Fritzel Nixdorf. Nickel-plated combination crossguard and bolsters. Thumb-activated top-mounted blade release. Stag grip scales held by five steel rivets. Parrot head pommel. No scabbard present.Condition: Excellent with light handling and storage wear present. Minor surface spotting. Hinge tight and crisp. A large and very handsome folding bowie.
