Description
San Francisco Style Bowie Knife by Steven Rapp. 5 3/8-inches spearpoint blade with false back edge. Right side of ricasso marked: STEVEN J. RAPP / UTAH. Left side marked: NO.1. Oval steel guard. Grip and guard are foliate border-engraved. Natural silver grip panels with fine floral-engraved overlay. Contained in fine, nickel silver scabbard with floral-engraved motif and gold dot central oval around vacant escutcheon. Gold-trimmed belt stud also of natural silver. This is a one-of-a-kind example made 20 years ago by Rapp. The engraving was done by Julie Warenski.Steven Rapp has been a member of the prestigious Art Knife Invitational since 2005 and has been a member of The Knifemaker's Guild for almost 30 years.
