"The Arkansas Knifesmith".

Reproduction Bowie Knife, by Jimmy Lile.
Circa 1976-1991. Inspired by the Schively-Perkins knife at the Mississippi State Museum, presented by Rezin Bowie to Jesse Perkins in or near 1831, this custom knife was made by renowned Arkansas knifemaker Jimmy Lile. The straight back blade is of stainless steel, 10-1/4"?in length with a hand rubbed finish, and marked LILE; overall length is 15-1/4". The octagonal ebony handle is checkered on every other side. Accompanied by a beautiful nickel silver sheath engraved in the style of the original. Excellent, knife is unused but has a few scratches and dings that could be polished out.
