Description
Lot of Two (2) Custom Knifes by Schulyer Lovestrand.Comprising: 1) Approximately 8-inches overall marked HANDMADE / LOVESTRAND / APOKPA-FLORIDA. Almost 4-inch, mirror polished blade. Nickel silver bolsters, pink Mother of Pearl scales. Beautifully crafted design. 2) Approximately 8-inches overall marked HANDMADE / LOVESTRAND / APOKPA-FLORIDA. 4-inch, mirror polished blade. Nickel silver bolsters, abalone scales with minor imperfections including one tiny dot/mark. You could almost consider these knives a pair, as they are almost identical apart from the handles.
Note: According to research, Knife Maker's Guild Member, Schuyler has been making knives for more than 17 years and apparently he currently has an 18 month waiting list. Only attends one show a year according to multiple sources.
Condition: Both knives are excellent with minor wear and handling. Toning and some tarnish from storage. Some fines scratches present.
