Description
Engraved San Francisco Style Bowie Knife by Tom Ferry with Sheath. 6-inch spearpoint blade marked on spine FERRY / M.S. Handle richly engraved Nickel Silver finish with grotesque and scroll design work throughout. Coined nickel silver crossguard. Contained in nickel silver finish sheath with moderate engraving coverage somewhat reflecting work on handle and marked FERRY / M.S. opposite. Overall length: 11-inches. Note: Tom Ferry, Washington has been making knives full time since 1999. He is a member of the American Bladesmith Society. In 2001 with Bill Cottrel and Chuck Bybee, he developed a process to make Titanium Damascus (Timascus).Condition: Excellent. Shows little handling. Scabbard in very good to excellent condition.
