Description
T.D. Hobart. White Deer Lands, in the Panhandle of Texas. Pampa: Gray Co., circa 1905. First edition, 18mo, 38 pages, illustrated with maps and photographs. Printed wrappers. With descriptions of towns, topography of the land, and information useful to prospective settlers. Inscribed on title page, "With the compliments of Montagu K Brown" in blue ink. We have previously sold a 1907 issue of this printing as lot 34236 in auction 6109, in which Brown receives printed credit as Hobart's assistant.Condition: Minor wear, otherwise very good.
