FIRST EDITION, LIMITED ISSUE, number 122 of 200 copies printed on special paper and specially bound, SIGNED BY HOOVER. A "delightful collection of the sayings and speeches of this great fishing President" (Bruns).
Condition: Cloth spine slightly faded. Slight wear and fading to slipcase with a few scuffs.
