Also, Dali has drawn in ink a large, loosely-rendered equine figure on the page facing the inscription. On the blank page 322 someone (presumably Masson) has written six lines of notes concerning the book's signing. Quarto. 320 pages. Lavishly illustrated. Pictorial cloth boards. Ornately designed cookbook, from famed surreal gastronome Salvador Dali. Lavishly illustrated with reproductions of Dali's art and with photographs of the recipes. Near fine book in a lightly worn dust jacket.
