Quarto. 204 pages. Illustrated with paintings by Helen Allingham.
Original white cloth over beveled boards with beautiful color flower vignettes on the front board and spine and titles stamped in gilt on the spine and front board. Top edge gilt. Pages untrimmed. Spine browned with a few short tears and wear at the ends. Boards worn and dinged at the edges. Frontispiece loose but still attached, otherwise contents sound. Overall good condition.
