Publisher's green and white wrappers. Minimal folding to the wrappers around the edges, else fine condition.
The card is signed "August Derleth." It is addressed to a Mr. Miller, and accompanied this very copy of Some Notes when Derleth sent it to him. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
