Limited to 500 copies, of which this is number 49, numbered and signed by Arthur Rackham. Quarto. xii, 125 pages. Fifty color plates mounted on brown paper, with descriptive tissue guards.

Finely bound in full blue-green morocco by Bayntun Rivière, Bath, with front and rear boards decorated in gilt and onlaid leather reproducing two charming Rackham illustrations. Elaborately gilt spine, boards, edges, and dentelles. Pale pink moiré doublures and endpapers. Top edge gilt, others uncut. Very minor spots of shelf wear to bottom edge. Reverse of silk endpapers rippled. Housed in a worn cloth-covered clamshell case. A fine copy in a spectacular binding. From the Estate of John McLaughlin.
