FIRST EDITION IN HARDCOVER. PRESENTATION COPY, INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR on the front free endpaper: "For / Gunther Swain / this book which was not burned - from / the "Fireman" himself - / Ray Bradbury / 3/21/64."

Condition: Edgewear and rubbing to extremities, a few stains to fore-edge. Dust jacket unclipped (priced "$2.50"), spine a bit sunned, some edgewear with a few chips, a few scattered stains.
