Magic Carpet (Popular, 1933-34) Complete Set. A complete run of Farnsworth Wright's short-lived historical fiction pulp, a retooling of the equally brief Oriental Stories. Includes copies of the January, April, July, and October 1933 and January 1934 issues. The classic covers are by Margaret Brundage with an assist from J. Allen St. John, and the contents include stories by Robert E. Howard, H. Bedford-Jones, Hugh Cave, Seabury Quinn, Clark Ashton Smith, and others.
