[War of 1812]. [Newspaper] Boston Gazette. No. 37 of Vol. 40. Thursday, April 28, 1814. Four pages on two integral leaves. Includes a brief account of the Battle of Lacolle Mills under General Wilkinson and its aftermath. Approximately 14 x 20 inches. Folded horizontally and vertically. Edge and fold wear, fold separations, corner bends and creases, small edge tears with minor paper loss, light soiling, holograph ink and pencil marks and annotations, few small holes in text with minor affect.
