Offered in a custom blue cloth covered portfolio with titles stamped in gilt on a morocco spine label. Withdrawn from the Yale University Library, originally donated from the Western American Book collection of Frederick William Beinecke and Carrie Sperry Beinecke.

This report to the House of Representatives by then Secretary of War, Jefferson Davis, compiles lurid reports of Cherokee attacks on settlers in Arkansas and other reaches of the Cherokee nation.
