Minor rubbing and abrading to cloth extremities with general faint soiling and staining. Small labels to front pastedown. Front hinge cracked and rear hinge broken. Small notations in ink to rear pastedown. Some staining and offsetting to endpapers with occasional small stains throughout. Rubbed and tattered jacket is lacking spine. An overall good copy of the scarce first Perry Mason book.
