Publisher's original white deerskin, spine and front bord stamped in blind, red stitching, red satin ribbon marker, with hollowed out bullet casing. Housed in publisher's special chrome Bentley car-shaped box etched with "Carte Blanche" on the side and "007" on the back hood.
FIRST EDITION, LIMITED ISSUE, number 198 (number etched on hollowed out bullet casing) of 500 limited editions, SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on the title page.
