129 of 250 copies signed by all authors. Quarto. [xiv], 559,
[1, blank] pp. With signed limitation page inserted at rear.
Publisher's full red morocco, blind-stamped front board and spine,
black morocco label on front board (missing in this copy), black
morocco silver-lettering labels on spine, publisher's slipcase.
Spine darkened, labels rubbed and chipped, boards rubbed and
slightly worn slipcase slightly rubbed. Overall, very good. From
the collection of noted musical scores collector, Bayard L.
Kilgour, Jr, with his bookplate on the front pastedown. The bulk of
Mr. Kilgour's collection resides in the Houghton Library at Harvard
University.
