Henry Gray. Anatomy. Descriptive and Surgical. London: John W. Parker & Son, 1858. First edition. Octavo. 750, [2, ads] pages. Text illustrations by H. V. Carter. Later half calf over marbled boards, red leather spine label lettered in gilt, five raised bands to spine. Minor edgewear. White endpapers; minor foxing and offsetting, pencil notations to free endpapers and rear hinge. Internally generally clean and tight, all edges trimmed; half-title and title pages repaired and reinforced along gutter, toned in margins, minor foxing, minor intermittent soiling chiefly to margins, text block edges toned and moderately worn.
