[Map]. Anthony Finley. Mexico. 12.5" x 9.5", Philadelphia: A. Finley, circa 1824. Copper-engraved and hand-colored, plate No. 31 of Finley's A New General Atlas. Texas is labeled as the "Intendency of San Luis Potosi." Early Texas settlements San Antonio, Galveston, Nacogdoches, San Saba, and Laredo are indicated, as are the locations of several Indian tribes.

Condition: Very light toning with areas of foxing and soiling. Minor damage to the upper left corner and lower right corner (in the form of creasing and small tears). Vertical flattened folds.
