Boston: Mutual Book Company, [1900]. 8vo. Publisher's grey paper wrappers, front cover stamped in red and black. Reissue of first American edition. Loss to spine head; split at spine tail; chips, tears at edges and corners. Split at hinges, just holding. BAL 3465.
