Publisher's half black cloth over marbled paper-covered boards, spine stamped in gilt; all text block edges trimmed, top edge stained light gray; blue-gray endpapers. Backstrip slightly sunned with some minor loss to gilding; light rubbing to boards; minor wear to board edges, particularly along bottom. Hint of creasing at rear endpapers.
