FIRST EDITION. PRESENTATION COPY, INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR on the front free endpaper: "For Harold & / Helen / I hope you like / the book. / Best / Mario."
Condition: Minor staining to cloth. Dust jacket unclipped (priced "$6.95"), spine panel repaired and reinforced on verso; folds and top margin reinforced and repaired on verso; color retouched on recto along spine, folds, and extremities.
