FIRST EDITION, IN THE FIRST ISSUE DUST JACKET. PRESENTATION COPY, INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR on the half title: "To Mark / Ken Kesey / Aug 19. 1979."
Condition: Small dampstain to lower right corner, affecting cloth and textblock; minor edgewear to cloth. Dust jacket unclipped (priced "$4.95"), spine a bit sunned; some edgewear with a few chips and short tears; small tear (23 mm) to lower margin of front panel affecting "s" in "Kesey"; a few scuffs.
