George Orwell. Nineteen Eighty-Four. London:
Secker & Warburg, 1949. First edition ("First published 1949" on
the copyright page). Octavo. 312 pages. Publisher's full green
cloth, spine lettered in red, dust jacket (green issue). Jacket
spine chipped and somewhat toned, some rubbing and mild edgewear
(and a few short tears) to jacket panels, cloth spine and edges a
bit sunned, mild soiling to edge of text block. Slightly skewed.
