publisher's review slip (signed by the recipient) laid-in. Octavo.
[iv], 570 pages. Publisher's full beige cloth, front board and
spine lettered in blue, price-clipped dust jacket. Jacket with
significant restoration and repair, jacket rubbed with some mild
scuffing and thumbsoiling, front flap is clipped at top and bottom,
mild rubbing to binding. Still, a very good restored copy which
