With 500 full-color lithograph plates after J. J. and J. W. Audubon by W. E. Hitchcock, R. Trembly, and others, printed and finished by hand by J. T. Bowen of Philadelphia. Complete. Ex-library. Half morocco over boards, except for Volume II, which has been bound in buckram. Boards detached from five volumes. Some loss to the backstrips. Internally sound. Overall, a very good set with the complete plates in clean and bright condition.
