8vo. Publisher's black cloth and red paper-covered boards, spine stamped in gilt. Original illustrated dust jacket.

FIRST EDITION, second state dust jacket. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on the front free endpaper: "Stephen King 6/11/88." Second state dust jacket price-clipped and re-priced "$7.95", retaining the "Father Cody" error.

Condition: Spine slightly leaned, corners bumped, some edgewear. Some offsetting to endpapers, penciled bookseller inscriptions to front free endpaper, stain to rear free endpaper and ink annotations, remainder mark in red ink to bottom edge of textblock, a few scattered spots. Dust jacket clipped, reprinted with price ($7.95) as issued for the second state, spine sunned, jacket a bit toned, worn along flaps and edges, a few small chips and short tears, some scuffs, dampstaining, wear, and some staining to jacket verso, some abrasions and a few splits along folds.
