FIRST EDITION. PRESENTATION COPY, INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR TO DAVID ARONOVITZ on the title page: "Best to David! Robert Bloch, '84."

The blueprint for the contemporary serial killer story, Psycho's legacy has endured in part due to the Alfred Hitchcock film of the same name. Barron describes Psycho as "a genre masterpiece" for psychological suspense-horror.

Condition: Spine ends pushed; top edge faded. Text toned. Dust jacket unclipped (priced "$2.95"); edgewear with some chips and tears; touch of toning to top edge of front panel.
