Five gathered signatures laid-in to a production dust jacket. Light shelf wear to the signatures with some slight cockling and toning to the dust jacket. Accompanying this copy is a one page undated typed letter on Simon and Schuster letterhead from company vice president Charles Williams touting the book. The letter displays the usual folds. Very good. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
