Engraved illustrations. Half-leather over marbled boards with lettering stamped in gilt on the spine. Marbled endpapers. Top edge gilt. Top right corner of board slightly gnawed; light shelf wear and abraded corners. Contents sound with light toning and some trivial staining at the edges of the terminal pages and rear pastedown. Former owner's bookplate on the front pastedown. Very good condition.
