Octavo. 198 pages. Grey paper over boards stamped in blind, backed in black cloth, spine lettered in silver; original illustrated dust jacket. Corners just bumped. Internally clean and tight, all edges trimmed; penciled notation to half-title page. Dust jacket unclipped ($18.95); minor edgewear, light scratches to front panel. Near fine book with near fine dust jacket.The true first issue of this text was recalled and chiefly destroyed by the publisher due to printing and factual errors.
