Red cloth with black spine titles. Dust jackets. Overall near fine to fine. The Sand and Satin jacket is very good with creases, some wear, and paper loss. Fu Manchu-creator Sax Rohmer (1883-1959) wrote these two "Sumuru" novels late in life. According to the sensational blurb on the 1955 Sand and Satin dust jacket, these tales feature "the exquisite, amoral Sumuru, the beauty of whose body drives men to commit the crimes of vice and violence on which her nature feeds."
