(Chicago: Reilly & Britton, 1911), first edition, second state with last 2 lines of page 95 transposed, and lines 14 and 15 of page 105 transposed, John Dough and the Cherub last book listed on publisher's catalog opposite the half title page, 240 pages, 12 color plates and other illustrations in text by John R. Neill, light green cloth with pictorial pastedown on front cover, pictorial endpapers, 8vo (7" x 9.25"), color frontis detached, no names in the "This Book Belongs To" page, contents lightly toned as usual, pastedown rubbed, small hole in the cloth at the bottom of spine, small portion at head of spine missing, corners bumped and frayed, moderate soiling to boards, spine slightly faded, else a tight copy in good condition.Auction Info
