Chalk is black cloth with white spine titles. Grain is orange cloth with gold spine titles. Dust jackets. Overall, books and jackets are fine. British science-fiction writer Keith Roberts (1935-2000) also worked as an illustrator of sci-fi magazine covers, but perhaps is best remembered for the many "difficulties" he caused for his publishers. This lot includes a short-story collection and a novel, published by Hutchinson. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
