White paper signatures in comb binding. One staple scar on the cover of Volume I, and minimal soiling to each volume's covers. Overall, the set is in near fine condition, and a scarce opportunity to obtain Derleth's Sherlock Holmes pastiche work in proof form.
The set collects all of the Solar Pons stories of August Derleth, which are pastiches of the Sherlock Holmes tales of Arthur Conan Doyle. The stories are arranged by their internal chronology, rather than by the date of their release. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
