Description

Hector C. Bywater. The Great Pacific War. Boston and New York: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1932.
Second American edition. Octavo. 321 pages. Illustrated front endpapers.

Publisher's dark blue cloth with red titles. In original issue orange dust jacket (price-clipped). Minimal shelf wear to the book, one small tape abrasion to the rear pastedown, and light toning to the edges. Dust jacket is sunned at the spine, with minimal rubbing to the panels, and a very small separation at the top of the rear flap fold. A very good copy of Bywater's "imaginary war" that ultimately came to fruition a decade later. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
