[v], 39, [23] pages. Illustrated. Filled with western tales, cow-boy customs, and song lyrics; not to mention numerous advertisements and testimonials for the author's "Snake Oil Liniment". Original printed wrappers with portrait photo of the author on the front cover. Wrappers with edge wear, creasing, soiling, and tears with some losses to paper on spine. Over-opened covers. Pages with light creases and some minor foxing, soiling, and stains. Overall in very good condition for such an ephemeral item.
