London: Macmillan and Co., 1917. One of 500 copies, signed by Rackham, this being copy number 156. Quarto (11 x 8.75 inches; 279 x 222 mm.). [2], xxiv, 509, [1, blank] pages. With sixteen mounted color plates on white textured paper, with descriptive tissue guards inserted throughout, and seventy drawings in black and white. Original full vellum over boards pictorially stamped and lettered in gilt on front cover and spine. Top edge gilt, others uncut. Spine toned, soiled and worn, boards rubbed and soiled, small tear at the upper front joint, endleaves toned and foxed, text intermittently toned or foxed, previous owner's gift inscription on front free endpaper.
