Octavo, pp. [1-8] [1] 2-306 [307: printer's imprint] [308: blank] [note: trade copies have two final blanks U[3-4] excised]. Original blue cloth, spine panel stamped in gold. Top edge stained blue. In a 7/6 pictorial dust jacket with wear at edges, mainly spine ends and corner tips, a couple of nicks and closed tears, and a few tape mends on inner surface. A very good copy.
