Octavo. 252, [4, advertisements] pages. Publisher's orange cloth, spine lettered in black; lacking dust jacket. First published in the US under the title, Death in the Air.Condition: Skewed, corners bumped and rubbed, moderate edgewear, joints just starting, head and foot of spine pushed, spine sunned and worn, rubbed and soiled, scattered light dampstaining. Cream endpapers; toned, scattered foxing, pencil notations to the rear endpapers. Internally generally clean; scattered soiling and foxing, text block edges toned with some wear and soiling, felt-tip pen stains to the tail of the text block extending into some margins. Good.
