Woodrow Wilson: Customs Appointment Signed. 15" x 19 1/2", Washington, D.C.; December 20, 1917. Appoints William M. Ingraham Surveyor of Customs in District 1. Signed, "Woodrow Wilson" as President and countersigned by William G. McAdoo as Secretary of the Treasury.Condition: Dark toning throughout, Water stains scattered, edge roughness. Areas of loss present throughout, not affecting text. Wilson's and McAdoo's signatures light, original gold seal present.
