Description
William McKinley Letter Signed. One page on Committee on Ways and Means letterhead, 5 1/4 x 9 7/8 inches; Washington D.C.; April 2, 1890. Letter written to Jacob Haas of Harlem Springs, Ohio: "Your favor of March 31st is to hand and noted. Please advise me as to the number of your claim and I will be glad to call the same up. " Signed, "Wm McKinley Jr."Condition: Flattened folds, overall light toning with some offsetting along right margin, and tape remnants at top and bottom center edge.
