Theodore Roosevelt: Signed Postmaster Appointment. One partially printed appointment, 17" x 22", Washington; August 27, 1904. The President appoints Delevan C. Ford Postmaster at Mohawk in the County of Herkimer, New York. Boldly signed by Roosevelt and Acting Postmaster General W.S. Wallenburg. Foil seal at lower left corner. Comes with PSA LOA.Condition: Minor spots on front, toning on verso. Overall a nice example.
