Description

President Warren G. Harding signed document It is somewhat amazing to think that it would take a formal document, executed by the president of the United States, to install a person as Notary Public...but that's what this is. On April 3, 1923, Warren G. Harding certified that one Albert Sioussa would be the Notary Public for the District of Columbia. The position must have exerted influence beyond the implication of its title. In any case, this document with dimensions of roughly 18x24 inches is in very good condition with only minor spotting and no rips or tears. The signature is a firm example and retains its clarity. Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
