Description
John Quincy Adams Autograph Letter Signed "J Q Adams." One page, 7.25" x 6"; Washington; May 8, 1835. A letter to Hezekiah Niles, editor and publisher of the Baltimore based national news magazine Niles' Weekly Register. Adams thanks Niles for sending him copies of the Register that he was missing. He then writes that he will be returning the ones he does not need. Docketed on verso.Condition: Gently toned; with a strip of light card stock adhered on verso along the right margin.
