James Monroe Signed Land Certificate Partly-printed document signed, "James Monroe," 13" x 8.5", on vellum, Washington, September 15, 1818. A land certificate for "...the South West quarter of Section Seventeen in township eleven (North) of range nine (West) of the Lands directed to be sold at Vincennes..." granted to John Dickson. Light soiling along folds, otherwise very clean and bright with a nice signature. Simply matted and framed with a portrait of Monroe. Accompanied by COA from PSA/DNA.Auction Info
