Harry S Truman: Election Document Signed, 1926.. The invoice from Fratcher Printing Company of Kansas City, Missouri is for a total of 8000 scratch (sample) ballots for Harry Truman's 1926 bid to regain his seat as judge of the County Court of the eastern district of Jackson County.
