Description
Grover Cleveland Partially Printed Document Signed, one page, quarto, 8" x 10", Washington, June 11, 1887. Cleveland orders the Secretary of State to affix the U.S. seal to an "envelope containing my letter addressed to His Majesty Luis I, King of Portugal, on the birth of a Prince, son of their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess Royal."
