A typed letter Signed, 1 page 4to, Franklin D. Roosevelt/ Vice President/ Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland letterhead, October 21, 1927 to Mr. Crowley, whose hand-written letter by FDR is also part of this collection. FDR writes: "Dear Mr. Crowley:/ Please place the enclosed checks to the credit of the Georgia Warm Springs Foundation:/ William C. Rives.......$100.00/ Mrs. John Henry Hammond.......$250.00/ TOTAL $350.00/ Very sincerely,/ Franklin D. Roosevelt." A very interesting financial accounting concerning FDR's personal handling of Georgia Warm Springs Foundation finances.
